Pilot Program

Prove our value on a single system — at cost — before committing to a full-scope engagement. No risk. Real data.

The Concept

Prove It Before
You Commit

Choosing a mechanical contractor for high-stakes institutional work is a significant decision. Vendor claims are easy to make — performance data is harder to fabricate.

BAM's Pilot Program is designed for facility directors and procurement teams who need verifiable proof of capability before awarding a master service agreement. We will restore a single system in your facility at our cost so you can evaluate our execution firsthand.

You get a fully documented restoration with before/after performance metrics. We get the opportunity to demonstrate why institutions across the Mid-Atlantic trust us with their critical mechanical infrastructure.

What's Included — At Cost

  • Full Condition Assessment

Technical evaluation of the selected system — thermal performance, airflow metrics, contamination levels, and structural condition.

  • Standards-Aligned Restoration

Complete restoration of one system (AHU, chiller, cooling tower, or duct run) using our full protocol — same standards we apply to every institutional project.

  • Audit-Ready Closeout Package

Photo-documented before/after report with performance recovery metrics, suitable for internal stakeholders, board presentations, or regulatory review.

  • Energy & Performance Data

Calculated kWh reduction projections and thermal recovery data you can use to justify maintenance budgets vs. capital replacement.

Why We Offer This

Our Work Speaks for Itself

We provide this program at cost because we know that once a facility director sees the results — the recovered airflow, the thermal performance data, the documentation quality — the decision to continue becomes straightforward.

Collect Real Data

We use pilot engagements to gather performance recovery data across different system types and facility environments — improving our methodology for every future client.

Build Trust

Institutional relationships are earned, not sold. The pilot lets you evaluate our field teams, our safety protocols, and our communication before any long-term commitment.

Eliminate Risk

You pay only our material and labor costs — no markup, no profit. If the results don't meet your expectations, you've validated that at the lowest possible cost.

Qualification Criteria

Is Your Facility
a Good Fit?

The Pilot Program is designed for large institutional and commercial facilities with multiple mechanical systems. Enrollment is limited to ensure each pilot receives full ownership-level attention.

Multi-System Facility

Buildings with 3+ major HVAC assets (AHUs, chillers, cooling towers) that would benefit from a phased restoration approach.

Mid-Atlantic Location

Facility located within our primary service territory: PA, NJ, MD, DE, or Southern NY.

Institutional or Commercial Classification

Hospitals, universities, government campuses, large commercial properties, data centers, manufacturing plants, or similar mission-critical environments.

Decision-Maker Involvement

A facility director, VP of operations, or procurement lead who can evaluate the pilot results and authorize future engagements.

How It Works

From Application to Results

01

Apply & Qualify

Submit the form above with your facility details. Our team reviews every application to confirm fit — multi-system buildings in our service territory with a decision-maker involved.

02

System Selection & Scoping

We work with your team to identify the best candidate system for the pilot — one that will clearly demonstrate restoration value. A detailed scope is produced and agreed upon.

03

Execution at Cost

BAM performs the full restoration during a scheduled window. You pay only our direct material and labor costs — zero markup, zero profit on the pilot.

04

Verification & Closeout

You receive a comprehensive closeout report with before/after metrics, photo documentation, and energy recovery projections. Use it internally however you see fit.

05

Your Decision

You decide if you want to continue. No obligation, no pressure. The data speaks for itself.

Let the Results
Make the Case

No sales pitch can replace a verified closeout report showing 30% thermal recovery on your own equipment. Apply for the Pilot Program today.
